A little bit about me....

Through my interactions with family, friends and co-workers, I came to realize that I am a natural nurturer. I did not always work in the healing arts rather my background was in banking and retail marketing. Although I excelled in these fields, the work did not fulfill me and I found that I was drawn to work that facilitated healing in others. I have worked in the physical therapy field as an Aide for several years which introduced me to manual therapy where I saw first hand the benefits of healing touch. Needless to say, I have found this work to be much more fulfilling and I desired to learn more about manual therapy. This desire led me to the National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy where they not only offered instruction in Western modalities like Swedish and deep tissue massage that I was familiar with but also Eastern modalities like Shiatsu massage and energy work that intrigued me. I have since certified and look forward to an even more fulfilling career and future as I can provide further healing through my touch and energy.

I am excited to be on this journey, I look forward to seeing you along the way.
